It is heavy to take Shoyu mass to home, if you would like to make a lot of Shoyu, bring Koji home to make more. (only mix Koji and brine: salt water. very simple) ※Please inform Kojiron 10 days before the workshop, how much you wish to make at home. I will calculate how much Koji is needed and handed to you at the workshop. Koji price for Shoyu is workshop special price and only available at workshop at this moment.

Please note that the number of participants is limited to 6 and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
