At the Kojiron stand, you’re invited to slowly taste creations born from koji – miso, soy sauce, amazake, and more.
You can enjoy a warm bowl of miso soup or ramen on site, and taste samples of other koji creations.
A place to taste, chat, and gently soften your body and heart –
a small, delicious doorway.

味噌、甘酒、醤油など、 Kojironの麹から育った調味料たちを じっくり味わってもらえる場です。
味噌汁、またはラーメンはその場でゆっくり食べられて、 その他のものはすべて試食もOK◎
気軽に話したり、味わったり、 身体とこころがふっとゆるむ、
「おいしい入り口」に、いのちが喜ぶひととき、となれたらうれしいです。
