You can usually find the Kojiron stand at Pfünderli in Widen on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month.

A special gathering to welcome the winter solstice, with a Kojiron Ramen Stand planned.

🍲 A Little Time for Koji & Miso
At the Kojiron stand, you’re invited to slow down and explore the flavours born from koji — miso, shoyu, amazake, and more.
Enjoy a warm bowl of miso soup or ramen, discover different fermented flavours, or simply stop by for a little conversation.
My wish is to create a welcoming space where food brings people together, and where both body and mind can find a moment of warmth and ease.

This month, there will be no Kojiron stand at Pfünderli.
Instead, you can find me at Schloss Wildegg, together with Engel Tofu, for the Tulpenzwiebel- und Genussmarkt.
At the castle, I’ll be offering Kojiron miso for refill by weight and four different kinds of shoyu.
I’m very happy to bring Kojiron to the castle here in my own village.

毎年恒例のWintersonnenwendeの集いに、Kojironも参加予定です。温かいラーメンをご用意できたらと思っています。

味噌、甘酒、醤油など、Kojironの麹から育った調味料たちを、じっくり味わっていただける場です。
温かい味噌汁やラーメンを楽しんだり、麹から生まれたさまざまな味を試してみたり。
気軽に立ち寄って、おしゃべりしたり、味わったり。
食を通して人と人がつながり、身体とこころがふっとゆるむような、温かいひとときになれたらうれしいです。

9月26日（土）・27日（日）｜Schloss Wildegg
Schloss Wildeggの Tulpenzwiebel- und Genussmarkt に、Engel Tofuと一緒に出店します。
※この週末は、Pfünderliでの出店はお休みです。
お城では、味噌の量り売りと4種類の醤油をご用意します。
10月3日（土）・24日（土）｜Pfünderli in Widen
通常は第2・第4土曜日の出店ですが、10月は秋休みのため、第2土曜日の代わりに第1土曜日の10月3日に出店します。
